Nicol has been a student of Iyengar yoga for over 25 years. She attended teacher training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in San Francisco and studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. She continues her study and practice with several local teachers including Barbara Fabbri, Alice Rocky and Janet MacLeod. She has studied extensively with Senior teachers Manouso Manos and Billy Konrad as well as several other international teachers.
