Yoga Class Schedule
Please bring your OWN MAT and wear appropriate clothing. BOTTOMS that are either ABOVE THE KNEE OR COVER THE KNEE SNUGGLY.
BAGGY/FLOWING CLOTHING is NOT appropriate.
The class emphasizes basic poses, alignment and prop use.
Thursday (Level 1- 2) 6pm - 7:15pm
